Zoom Presentation
Presenter(s): Crystal Smith, Chief Executive Officer & Consultant, Lead To Inspire Consulting | [email protected]
Synopsis: The COVID-19 pandemic is disrupting businesses across the nation.  What happens when in-person meetings aren’t possible? As more companies shut their office doors and ask their employees to work virtually, maintaining high levels of engagement and productivity has become challenging. Now is a time for leadership to remind ourselves of what our people need us to do, and to pause and think about what type of leader we need to ‘be’ for others. Leaders will not have all the answers, and silence isn’t an effective response. Leaders must meet people where they are and make efforts to understand their concerns.  It is imperative for teams to stay adaptable and focused as our ways of working and the work itself changes. What strategies and actions should leaders take in response to this evolving health pandemic? How can leaders prioritize changes in the way we do our day-to-day work? What implementation actions are most effective during a global pandemic? We'll discuss the challenges and impacts of the current global pandemic, and discuss how to lead through COVID-19 and beyond.  It's a different world - now what?
